A full server system upgrade has been
applied to our Servers now allowing added features
and benefits including:
- Full support for Microsoft Exchange individual
email, calendar, contacts, tasks etc.
- Support for Windows Vista
- Support for Windows 64bit Operation Systems
- Added support of Lotus Domino backup on Linux
- Other smaller amendments and fixes from previous
version

| New Support Ticketing
System goes Live |

Backup Support Portal is now, and on schedule, live.
Featuring an on-line ticketing system allowing clients
to submit queries and questions using either email
or an on-lien form. Users can log in the system to
trace progress of support issues and to see fully
support history of support questions they are raised.
The Support Portal also features an ever evolving
Knowledge base of useful information to support our
users.

Partner System |

SME Backup are now looking for new
partners to promote the on-line off-site SME Backup
system. Two types of package are available for potential
partners who include software developers, resellers
and other VAR's, Accountants and other companies
that have influence over clients data.
The two packages are:
- Re Active - is as it says on the tin,
come across a potential user a re-active partner
will introduce them to the SME Backup and if the
client signs up they will earn a referral fee.
- Pro-Active - By committing to a certain
amount of introductions a Pro-Active partner not
only earns a referral fee but also some on-going
revenue from our trading with the clients you introduced.

new support ticketing system to be implemented in early

launched this morning. This coincides with the move
of the servers from our existing data centre to a new
