You are an IT Support or Supply Company and your business sells IT services (hardware, software, support, consultancy and/or supplies).

How can SME Backup help my business?

Firstly, all businesses need to have quality data backups, even IT companies. Many IT companies will have implemented their own in-house system for data backup and recovery, often requiring knowledgeable staff to manage them due either to the bespoke design or, as in many cases we have come across, incomplete installation. This does not really matter as the necessary knowledge is available and "free" within the company. The word "free" is questionable though. This solution generally works and is fine. We never sell, give or in any other way offer client details to any 3rd party other than as required to deliver the service, collect payment or as may be legally required. You can also install and set up the system for your clients and earn additional revenue for this service.
2. Increase your overall level of service to your clients by offering them a valuable and worthwhile service thus increasing their tie and commitment to you.

There are two levels or ways to Partner with SME Backup - no fancy names or complex contracts, just plain and simple ways for you to earn additional revenue:

A. Reactive Partner
As the name suggests, if you have come across a client, or other business with a need for the service, you can set them up with a trial. If they are happy, you register the client with us and once the payment method is established, and the setup fees and 1st and 2nd month's payments are made in full, you will earn a referral fee. You can also earn additional revenue by offering to install and set up the service for them.

B. Proactive Partner
Again, as the name suggests, this package is for those making a commitment to promoting SME Backup. As for the Reactive Partner you earn a referral fee once the initial payments are made but you also can earn a % of revenue on all sales made by SME Backup Limited to your client for a period of 3 years. We do, however, ask that in return you commit to minimum levels of business by introducing to us an agreed number of clients in any rolling period. The higher the commitment or activity the more revenue you earn.
